Roller banner design for HOTT (Heart of the Travellers) which celebrates the life of Betsy Whyte.
Betsy – singer of old songs and teller of tales – was first from her culture to write about life as a Scottish Traveller in her celebrated book, The Yellow on the Broom.
Betsy Whyte’s great grandson David G Pullar, provided the brief for the banner, which will be included in the HOTT exhibition ‘A Sense of Identity‘ (currently on tour around Scotland).
